Sanjna & Kishan
A maternity session in golden light
Sanjna carried her lilies the way she carries this season of her life: gently, and with her whole attention. Kishan was never far from her, a hand at her waist, a laugh meant only for her, every step timed to hers. Between them they held a small black and white picture, the first glimpse of the person they are waiting to meet.
Then the sky changed its mind. Clouds gathered over the field and the light turned soft and silver, and the two of them only leaned in closer, dancing, walking, laughing through it as though the weather had been planned for them. It hadn’t. It was better than that.
